Alright, let's talk the FIFINE AmpliGame SC8.
I wanted cleaner audio and a more ergonomic desk for reviews without dropping GoXLR or RODECaster money. Those big-ticket mixers are not in the budget for a small creator. I reached out to FIFINE, they sent the SC8, and I am actually using it.
In the box you get the mixer, a USB-C cable, a 3.5mm cable, and paperwork. Black or white, about 640g so it stays put. Packaging is clean. It feels more premium than the price tag.
This is a USB gaming mixer built for XLR mics. If you are on a USB headset mic, skip it. That is not a knock - that is the product. Wired headphones, USB-C, PC, Mac, and mobile. Optical in on the back is the move for console people. Pipe PS audio straight into the mixer and into your headset instead of living with whatever the controller jack gives you.
Four knobs up top for game, media, aux, all of it, with a tactile click-to-mute I actually love. You can mute sources individually. 48V phantom for condensers. Direct monitoring, which if you stream or record you already know matters. EQ is the feature that sold me. I can shape the mic to a sound I actually want instead of living with whatever USB threw at me.
List is $79.99. Amazon and TikTok Shop you will see it around $60 depending on the week. That is a fraction of a GoXLR. FIFINE Genie is the software side - custom EQ, RGB, sound pads without the secret-handshake button combos. Windows only. Mac and mobile do not get the virtual audio endpoints. That is a real limiter, not a footnote.
It is not studio gear. Next to something like the M-Audio Air 192|4 this is thinner, a little brittle, entry-level for streaming and gaming with friends. I did not fake an A/B teardown. I had it a few days, got it dialed, and I am still using it. I will update the site if that changes.
The reason it is not a 10: IEMs. If you run in-ears there is noise on the headphone jack. You will want an inline filter or you are going to hear it, because IEMs hear everything. I can EQ some of that out on the XLR side. Still not perfect.
Bottom line: XLR mic, wired headphones, want game / chat / media split without selling a kidney - this is for you. USB mic crowd, walk away.
Overall: 8.5/10
