Alright, let's talk Filazoo Macaron PLA Pastel.
I went in expecting another cheap pastel PLA that looks cute in photos and prints like chalk. Not this. Quality surprised me. The spool is consistent and clean – no dust, no mystery flakes all over the desk, and it came off tangle-free. That's the boring stuff that actually matters when you're trying to start a print instead of untangling a bird nest.
On my Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 it printed amazing. Layers looked clean, colors came out the way they should, and I didn't have to fight the filament to get a good result. For pastel PLA that's usually a coin flip, this one just worked.
Price is comparable to the rest of the market, so you're not getting a steal at full retail – but they run sales on a regular basis. Watch for those. That's when this becomes a no-brainer instead of "yeah it's good, same money as everything else."
Bottom line: grab a spool and try it yourself. I was surprised in a good way, and I'd run it again.
Overall: 8/10
